And frittatas, custards, poached, poached, boiled, fried, and shirred eggs. Jason gave me a cookbook called "The Good Egg" its about 4 inches thick. Right now though, we have 4 pullets that aren't laying yet - but should be!!, and 5 hens that are in the middle of their molt, plus the cold, and we are only averaging about 2 eggs a day. We've had to buy a few eggs lately.
