Two weekends ago it was freezing cold, blustering snow and sleet, and all together yucky weather. We actually didn't mind too much because a local farmer called us and asked if we wanted two more 13 month old wether lambs. Friday we went to Cabela's, and Jason bought a new skinning knife, then he spent Saturday skinning and gutting lambs in our shed. Sunday we spent listening to conference while Jason cut them up and I wrapped and sealed them. Lots of work, and our freezer isn't even full. I also have two cases of quart jars of lamb broth put up! This is the only picture we took. Sorry there are no other gory details!!
